THE IRON BODY KETTLEBELL SYSTEM

How to Use One Simple Kettlebell to Forge Structure, Elasticity, Pressure, Durability and Integrated Martial Strength—Without Random Workouts, Bodybuilding Routines, or Beating Yourself Into the Ground

Build the Body Beneath the Art.

A Special Message for Martial Artists, Lifelong Practitioners, and Anyone Who Refuses to Let Age Decide What Their Body Is Capable Of...

There comes a point in a martial artist's life when a quiet realization begins to take hold.

You don't need another technique.

You don't need another seminar.

You don't need another collection of exercises.

You probably already know enough things to practice for several lifetimes.

What you need Is a body capable of expressing everything you've spent all those years learning.

Because before the punch... There is structure.

Before power... There is breath.

Before explosive movement... There is elasticity.

Before you can practice for decades... There must be durability.

And before any of those qualities become useful... There must be integration.

The body is the first technique.

When the body improves, everything you already know suddenly has a more capable vehicle through which to express itself.

Your stance becomes stronger.

Your movement becomes cleaner.

Your breathing becomes calmer.

Your power becomes less forced.

Your strength becomes more useful.

And your martial practice begins to feel different.

That realization sits at the heart of what I call...

THE IRON BODY METHOD™

And now we're going to apply that Method to one of the simplest, oldest and most brutally effective strength tools ever created.

The kettlebell.

Welcome to...

THE IRON BODY KETTLEBELL SYSTEM

This is not another collection of kettlebell workouts.

It isn't a "torch fat in 15 minutes" challenge.

It isn't bodybuilding performed with a ball of iron.

It isn't CrossFit-lite.

And it certainly isn't an excuse to see how exhausted you can make yourself before breakfast.

This is something different.

This is kettlebell training for the martial body.

And once you understand the distinction...

You may never look at strength training the same way again.

THE GREAT MISTAKE OF MODERN STRENGTH TRAINING

Walk into almost any commercial gym.

Look around.

Someone is training chest.

Someone is training back.

Someone is training legs.

Someone is training arms.

Someone is sitting in a machine designed specifically to prevent the rest of the body from participating in the movement.

We've divided the body into pieces...

And then wondered why so many people have difficulty moving as one.

There is nothing wrong with muscle.

There is nothing wrong with getting stronger.

But a martial artist needs something beyond stronger individual parts.

Because you don't throw a punch with your triceps.

You don't execute a throw with your back.

You don't generate meaningful martial power with one isolated muscle.

At least...

Not if you're doing it well.

A skilled martial movement begins at the ground.

The feet connect.

The legs organize.

The waist directs.

The center transmits.

The shoulder connects.

The hand expresses.

The breath supports the entire action.

One body.

One coordinated expression of force.

So why would we train the martial body as though it were a bag of unrelated muscles?

We shouldn't.

Which brings us to one of the most important distinctions in the entire Iron Body System:

WE DON'T TRAIN PARTS.

WE TRAIN QUALITIES.

  • Strength.
  • Structure.
  • Pressure.
  • Elasticity.
  • Durability.
  • Integration.

Those qualities don't belong to a particular style.

They don't belong to a particular exercise.

And they don't belong to kettlebells.

They belong to you.

Once you develop them...

You carry them everywhere.

Into karate.

Jujutsu.

Taijutsu.

BJJ.

Kung fu.

Taijiquan.

Aikido.

Filipino martial arts.

Your sport.

Your work.

Your daily life.

That is why qualities matter more than exercises.

STOP COLLECTING EXERCISES.

START BUILDING QUALITIES.

This may be the most important lesson on this entire page.

The modern fitness world is obsessed with accumulation.

Another workout.

Another exercise.

Another training challenge.

Another YouTube video.

Another "secret."

Another gadget.

Another certification.

More.

More.

More.

But more information does not automatically create a better practitioner.

In fact, for many people, it creates the opposite.

They become experts at starting.

Beginners at everything.

Masters of nothing.

The Iron Body approach is different.

We pursue integration—not accumulation.

We don't ask:

"What else can I add?"

We ask:

"What deserves to remain?"

We don't ask:

"What's new?"

We ask:

"What matters?"

We don't ask:

"How many exercises do I know?"

We ask:

"What qualities have I actually embodied?"

And that changes everything.

THE OLD MASTERS UNDERSTOOD SOMETHING WE FORGOT

Long before anybody invented the phrase "functional training," martial artists were already practicing it.

Traditional Okinawan karate practitioners used simple strength implements and body-conditioning tools.

Chinese martial artists trained with stone locks, weighted jars, poles and other resistance methods.

Indian physical culture used swinging clubs and heavy implements.

Old-time strongmen lifted kettlebells, sandbags, barrels and strange objects that would make most modern gym equipment look remarkably civilized.

Different cultures.

Different implements.

Different training methods.

Yet beneath the surface, the same physical qualities kept appearing.

Grip.

Posture.

Tendon strength.

Breath.

Rooting.

Hip power.

Coordination.

Resilience.

Whole-body strength.

Work capacity.

They understood a principle we've largely forgotten:

THE TOOL WAS NEVER THE POINT.

THE BODY PRODUCED BY THE TOOL WAS THE POINT.

You don't worship the hammer.

You build something with it.

And that is exactly how I want you to think about the kettlebell.

Not as a sport.

Not as an identity.

Not as another fitness religion.

As a tool.

A remarkably versatile tool for building the body beneath your art.

WHY A KETTLEBELL?

A kettlebell is almost laughably simple.

A chunk of iron.

A handle.

That's about it.

But with that one primitive implement you can...

Carry it.

Press it.

Pull it.

Swing it.

Squat with it.

Clean it.

Hold it.

Move around it.

Move underneath it.

Accelerate it.

Decelerate it.

Rotate around it.

Walk with it.

Get off the floor with it.

Breathe underneath it.

Stabilize asymmetrical loads with it.

And combine those actions into powerful sequences.

But the exercises themselves still aren't the most interesting part.

The interesting question is:

What does the exercise teach your body?

And that's where the Iron Body Kettlebell System becomes very different from conventional kettlebell training.

INTRODUCING THE IRON BODY LENS™

Most exercise programs ask:

"What muscle does this work?"

It's not a useless question.

But it's nowhere near enough.

The Iron Body practitioner asks five deeper questions.

Every movement.

Every drill.

Every workout.

Every training tool.

We examine it through the same lens.

QUESTION #1

STRUCTURE

Does this improve the way my body organizes itself under force?

Can I maintain alignment?

Can I stack the joints efficiently?

Can I connect myself to the ground?

Can I carry load without collapsing?

Can force travel through me rather than leaking through unnecessary movement?

Structure comes before strength.

Because strength expressed through poor organization is wasted strength.

QUESTION #2

ELASTICITY

Does this make my body more spring-like—or simply more rigid?

Martial power isn't created by muscular tension alone.

The body stores and releases energy.

Tendons load.

Fascia stretches.

The hips coil.

The body rebounds.

Watch a truly skilled striker.

They often don't look tense.

They look relaxed.

Until the instant force is required.

Then...

Power appears.

And disappears just as quickly.

That ability to move from relaxation into force and back again matters enormously.

We call that quality...

Elasticity.

QUESTION #3

PRESSURE

Can I breathe, brace and organize myself while producing force?

Breath isn't decoration.

It isn't something we tack onto training after everything important is finished.

Breath supports structure.

Breath organizes tension.

Breath influences rhythm.

Breath steadies the mind.

Breath helps us create force without becoming unnecessarily rigid.

Learning to create—and release—appropriate internal pressure is one of the most important physical skills a martial artist can develop.

QUESTION #4

DURABILITY

Is this making me stronger for the long haul?

This question becomes more important with every passing decade.

I don't care how impressive a training system appears if it eventually stops you from practicing your art.

I don't care how savage the workout was if you can't move properly for three days afterward.

The goal is not merely to survive today's training.

The goal is to remain capable of training tomorrow.

Next year.

Ten years from now.

Twenty years from now.

We want strong shoulders.

Resilient hips.

Capable knees.

Healthy connective tissue.

Powerful hands.

A trunk that can transmit force.

A body accustomed to load.

Strength that protects you instead of consuming you.

That is Durability.

QUESTION #5

INTEGRATION

Does the strength I'm building actually connect?

Can my feet communicate with my hands?

Can the hips transmit force through the torso?

Can I breathe while exerting myself?

Can mobility and stability coexist?

Can I change levels without losing structure?

Can I generate power without fragmenting the body?

Eventually...

Everything must become one.

That is Integration.

FIVE QUESTIONS.

Structure.

Elasticity.

Pressure.

Durability.

Integration.

Once you begin seeing training through these five questions...

You stop blindly following workouts.

You begin understanding training.

You stop asking:

"What's the best exercise?"

And start asking:

"What quality am I trying to build?"

That's an entirely different level of practice.

NOW LET'S PUT THE KETTLEBELL THROUGH THE LENS.

And this is where things get interesting.

PILLAR ONE: STRUCTURE

Before speed...

Position.

Before power...

Organization.

Before intensity...

Structure.

This is why your Iron Body kettlebell practice begins with fundamental positions and controlled loading.

Goblet Holds.

Goblet Squats.

Rack Holds.

Suitcase Carries.

Front-Loaded Carries.

Half-Kneeling Presses.

Turkish Get-Ups.

Bottoms-Up Holds.

The kettlebell is constantly attempting to pull you out of position.

Your task is to organize yourself around it.

And over time...

Something begins to happen.

You don't simply become better at holding the kettlebell.

You become better at holding yourself.

Stronger posture.

More stable joints.

Better awareness.

Better connection to the ground.

Better force transmission.

That is the beginning of the Iron Body.

PILLAR TWO: ELASTICITY

Then...

We teach the body to become a spring.

Enter the kettlebell swing.

Possibly the most famous kettlebell exercise in existence.

And one of the most misunderstood.

Performed poorly...

It's an awkward squat with a weight swinging between your legs.

Performed properly...

It becomes an extraordinary lesson in hip projection, acceleration, relaxation, recoil and timing.

The hips fire.

The bell floats.

The body relaxes.

The bell returns.

Load.

Release.

Load.

Release.

The rhythm is remarkably martial.

Power doesn't need to be forced.

It is expressed.

From there we can intelligently progress toward:

One-Arm Swings.

Dead-Stop Swings.

Cleans.

High Pulls.

Snatches.

Other ballistic patterns.

But remember...

We're not collecting kettlebell tricks.

We're cultivating Elasticity.

PILLAR THREE: PRESSURE

Now we put load on the body...

And ask you to breathe.

Sounds easy.

Try it.

Hold a kettlebell in the rack.

Walk.

Keep the ribs organized.

Keep the pelvis beneath you.

Stay relaxed where relaxation is possible.

Create tension where tension is necessary.

Keep your posture.

And breathe.

Suddenly...

Breathing isn't theoretical.

It's a physical skill.

Carries.

Rack Holds.

Presses.

Front Squats.

Get-Ups.

Even ballistic work.

Each becomes a laboratory for understanding the relationship between:

Breath.

Tension.

Structure.

And force.

That is Pressure.

PILLAR FOUR: DURABILITY

Now we ask what I consider one of the most important questions in training:

WHAT KIND OF BODY WILL THIS PRACTICE PRODUCE IF I CONTINUE DOING IT FOR TWENTY YEARS?

Not twenty days.

Twenty years.

That changes how you train.

Durability emphasizes:

Controlled repetitions.

Intelligent progression.

Carries.

Grip.

Shoulder stability.

Trunk integrity.

Loaded mobility.

Connective-tissue loading.

Time under tension.

Appropriate recovery.

Movement quality.

You don't earn extra points for wrecking yourself.

You earn something much more valuable.

The ability to return tomorrow.

PILLAR FIVE: INTEGRATION

Eventually...

Everything gets connected.

Swing.

Clean.

Squat.

Press.

Carry.

Get down.

Get back up.

Change sides.

Change levels.

Maintain posture.

Maintain breath.

Maintain awareness.

Now the body must solve a more complicated problem.

Not one muscle.

Not one joint.

The entire organism.

And that is exactly what we want.

Because martial arts don't happen one muscle at a time.

Neither should your strength.

FREE WORKOUTS ARE EVERYWHERE.

SO WHY WOULD YOU NEED THIS PROGRAM?

That's a fair question.

You could go online right now and find thousands of kettlebell workouts.

Many are free.

Some are excellent.

So why invest in a system?

Because information is no longer scarce.

Organization is.

The problem isn't finding exercises.

The problem is knowing:

What should I practice first?

What matters most?

How should I progress?

What should I leave out?

Why am I doing this movement?

How does it complement my martial training?

How much is enough?

When do I progress?

When should I back off?

How do the exercises fit together?

What am I actually trying to develop?

A collection of exercises cannot answer those questions.

A system can.

And that's what you're getting here.

THE FOUR-STAGE IRON BODY KETTLEBELL PROGRESSION

We're not going to throw advanced movements at you on Day One and congratulate ourselves for making training complicated.

We progress.

Deliberately.

Intelligently.

Through four stages.

STAGE ONE

FOUNDATION

First, Build the Vessel.

Here we establish:

Posture.

Breathing.

The hinge.

The squat.

Grip.

Basic carries.

The rack.

Shoulder organization.

Ground transitions.

Fundamental loading.

You learn to interact with the kettlebell rather than fight it.

This is where the foundation is poured.

And we don't apologize for spending time here.

Beginners rush past fundamentals.

Experienced practitioners return to them.

STAGE TWO

FORGE

Now We Add Force.

With the foundation established, we begin developing:

Swings.

Cleans.

Presses.

Front Squats.

Get-Ups.

Single-arm loading.

More demanding carries.

Greater intensity.

But the principles never disappear.

Structure remains.

Breath remains.

Movement quality remains.

Now you simply express those qualities under greater demands.

STAGE THREE

WARRIOR

Now We Develop Capacity.

Here we explore:

More demanding complexes.

Unilateral work.

Strength endurance.

Ballistic combinations.

Changing levels.

Offset loading.

Conditioning.

Transitions.

The kettlebell begins to feel less like an external object...

And more like something you're moving with.

STAGE FOUR

MASTERY

Now We Integrate.

Mastery does not mean circus tricks.

It does not mean performing complicated movements just so someone on social media will be impressed.

Mastery means doing simple things extraordinarily well...

And connecting them intelligently.

Strength.

Mobility.

Power.

Breath.

Conditioning.

Movement.

All expressed through one integrated body.

At this point...

You aren't merely understanding the Iron Body Method.

You're beginning to embody it.

But you're not going to pay $664.

You're not even going to pay $197.

Your preorder investment today is just...

$97

CONSIDER THE ALTERNATIVE.

You could easily spend [appropriate comparison amount] on a few personal-training sessions.

You could spend hundreds on another seminar.

You could spend far more on gym memberships you barely use.

And you can certainly spend countless hours surfing YouTube looking for the next workout.

But none of those things necessarily give you...

A coherent system.

A philosophy.

A progression.

A way of evaluating your training.

And a method you can continue refining for years.

The question isn't merely:

"What does this course cost?"

A better question is:

"What is a better training system worth if I use it for the next ten years?"

THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE.

I want to be clear about that.

If your only objective is bigger arms...

There are easier programs to find.

If you judge the quality of your workout exclusively by whether you're lying in a puddle afterward...

You're probably going to find this approach strange.

If you need a completely different collection of exercises every week to remain entertained...

The emphasis on fundamentals may frustrate you.

And if you're looking for a six-week shortcut to lifelong strength...

I can't give you one.

But...

If you think in decades...

If martial arts is something you hope to practice for the rest of your life...

If you'd rather become more capable than merely look more impressive...

If strength should make your martial arts better...

Not interfere with them...

Then you're exactly who I created this for.

THIS MATTERS EVEN MORE AFTER 40.

At twenty-five...

You can get away with a lot.

Bad programming.

Too much volume.

Poor sleep.

Needless punishment.

Eventually...

The bill arrives.

As the years pass, recovery matters more.

Joint health matters more.

Movement quality matters more.

Efficiency matters more.

Intelligent progression matters more.

And stupidity becomes considerably more expensive.

That does not mean you need to become fragile.

It doesn't mean your best physical years must automatically be behind you.

And it certainly doesn't mean training needs to become timid.

It means your training needs to become smarter.

There is a tremendous difference between:

Training hard...

And training recklessly.

The Iron Body Method is built for the practitioner who wants to continue improving without pretending the body is indestructible.

We're not training for next summer.

We're training for the next several decades.

IMAGINE SIX MONTHS FROM NOW...

Imagine picking up your kettlebell and noticing that movements which once demanded concentration have become familiar.

Your posture feels different.

Your grip is stronger.

Your shoulders feel stable.

Your hips create power without excessive effort.

Your breathing stays calmer during demanding sets.

Your conditioning has improved.

But that's only half the story.

Because then...

You step onto the mat.

Maybe your stance feels more rooted.

Maybe your strikes feel heavier.

Maybe changing levels feels easier.

Maybe your grappling feels more connected.

Maybe your balance under pressure improves.

Maybe you simply notice that your body is better able to express what your mind already understands.

That's the point.

Not a better kettlebell athlete.

A better practitioner.

"BUT I'VE NEVER USED KETTLEBELLS BEFORE."

Good.

You don't need bad habits to unlearn.

Start with Foundation.

Learn the basic positions.

Build competence.

Then progress.

This program is not designed to impress beginners with advanced movements.

It is designed to turn beginners into competent practitioners.

"I ALREADY TRAIN WITH KETTLEBELLS."

Excellent.

Then the Iron Body Lens may be the most valuable part of the entire program for you.

You may already know how to perform a swing.

But ask yourself:

What are you using that swing to develop?

Elasticity?

Conditioning?

Pressure?

Explosive hip power?

Structural endurance?

What are you measuring?

What are you trying to preserve?

What do you change when the desired quality changes?

That is where exercise knowledge becomes training intelligence.

"I ALREADY LIFT WEIGHTS."

Keep lifting if it serves you.

The Iron Body Method isn't another fitness religion.

We're not interested in proving that one tool is superior to every other tool ever created.

Remember:

The tool isn't the point.

Barbells can be useful.

Dumbbells can be useful.

Bodyweight training can be useful.

Sandbags can be useful.

Clubs can be useful.

Kettlebells can be extremely useful.

The Iron Body Lens helps you understand why you are using them.

"DO I HAVE TO BE A MARTIAL ARTIST?"

No.

The system was created through the martial lens...

But the Five Pillars belong to human beings.

Anyone who wants a stronger, more integrated and more durable body can benefit from the philosophy.

"WHAT SIZE KETTLEBELL DO I NEED?"

You'll receive guidance inside the program for choosing an appropriate starting load based on your current ability and the movement being practiced.

The objective is not to choose the heaviest kettlebell your ego can survive.

Choose the load that allows you to learn the skill...

Then earn the right to increase it.

"HOW MUCH TIME DOES THIS TAKE?"

Enough to practice consistently.

That's more important than heroic workouts performed sporadically.

Some Iron Body sessions may be short.

Others may be longer.

Ten minutes can have value.

Twenty to thirty minutes gives us substantial room to work.

Longer sessions can certainly have a place.

But duration isn't the secret.

Consistency is.

The person who trains intelligently year after year will almost always surpass the person who repeatedly destroys himself for three weeks...

Then disappears.

"WILL THIS INTERFERE WITH MY MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING?"

It absolutely will enhance any martial art training.

That's one of the primary reasons the program exists.

Strength training should support the art.

Not consume all of the energy you need to practice it.

You'll learn to view volume, intensity and conditioning through the larger context of your martial practice.

"WHAT IF I'M OLDER?"

Then the philosophy may be even more relevant.

We aren't trying to prove how much punishment you can tolerate.

We're building qualities you can continue developing over time.

That makes intelligent load selection, movement quality, recovery and durability central parts of the system rather than afterthoughts.

MY OWN SEARCH FOR THE BODY BENEATH THE ART

I've spent more than four decades practicing martial arts.

Along the way, I've also spent years exploring strength training, internal training, mobility, breath work, movement practice and older physical-culture methods.

For a long time...

I thought of many of them as separate subjects.

Strength was strength.

Mobility was mobility.

Internal training was internal training.

Martial arts were martial arts.

But gradually...

Those boundaries began disappearing.

I kept seeing the same principles.

Structure.

Breath.

Connection.

Elasticity.

Pressure.

Movement.

Resilience.

Integration.

Different traditions used different words.

Different teachers emphasized different methods.

Different tools produced different adaptations.

But underneath them...

I kept encountering the same fundamental qualities.

Eventually...

I realized I wasn't looking for another collection of methods.

I was looking for a way to bring everything together.

That search became the Iron Body System.

And this kettlebell program is another expression of that Method.

Not separate from it.

Part of it.

THE BIGGER PICTURE

The Iron Body Kettlebell System is not designed to replace your martial art.

Your art remains your art.

Karate.

Jujutsu.

Taijutsu.

Kung fu.

Taijiquan.

BJJ.

Aikido.

Filipino martial arts.

Whatever path you have chosen.

Iron Body training sits underneath it.

Supporting it.

Strengthening the practitioner practicing it.

Giving your knowledge a more capable vehicle through which to express itself.

That is why we say:

BUILD THE BODY BENEATH THE ART.

Every technique ultimately depends upon the body performing it.

Improve the body...

And you expand what the art can express.

TWO PATHS FROM HERE.

Path One is familiar.

Close this page.

Save another workout.

Watch another video.

Try another random challenge Monday.

Abandon it two weeks later.

Repeat.

There's enough free information available to keep doing that forever.

Or...

Choose a different path.

Learn a set of principles.

Practice them.

Test them.

Return to them.

Refine them.

And give those principles enough time to actually change the body.

That's the path I'm offering you.

YOU CAN BEGIN.

You don't need a new martial art.

You don't need a massive home gym.

You don't need another thousand exercises.

You need a tool.

More integrated.

And more able to practice the art you love...

For the rest of your life.

The body and the art are not separate.

They are partners.

When one improves...

The other flourishes.

It's time to build yours.

The Iron Body Kettlebell System

Structure. Elasticity. Pressure. Durability. Integration.

Build the Body Beneath the Art.

— Jon Haas
The Warrior Coach
Founder, The Iron Body System

P.S.

You can find kettlebell exercises for free.

That's not what you're buying.

You're buying the system that tells you what those exercises are for.

Structure.

Elasticity.

Pressure.

Durability.

Integration.

Once you understand those qualities, your kettlebell stops being a chunk of iron sitting in the corner.

It becomes a teacher.

And the lesson is your own body.

P.P.S.

If you're over forty, there is another reason I want you to consider this carefully.

You probably don't need to train less.

You need to make more of the training you do.

Every exercise should have a reason.

Every workout should fit into a larger practice.

Every tool should earn its place.

And every year of training should make you a more capable practitioner...

Not simply an older one carrying more injuries.

That is precisely what the Iron Body Method was created to address.

P.P.P.S.

Twenty years from now...

You probably won't remember the workout you performed this Tuesday.

But the body created by thousands of Tuesdays?

That you'll carry with you.

Choose what you're building carefully.

FAQ

  • Is The Iron Body Kettlebell System included in the Iron Body Core System?

No. The Iron Body Kettlebell System is a separate, specialized training module within the larger Iron Body ecosystem. The Iron Body Core System establishes the foundational principles, practices, and Five Pillars of the Iron Body Method. The Kettlebell System takes those principles and applies them specifically to loaded kettlebell training. Think of the Core System as the foundation of the art. The specialized modules are where we take that foundation deeper into individual methods of physical development. You do not need to purchase the Core System first, however. Everything you need to understand and practice the kettlebell curriculum is taught inside this program.

  • Is this just another kettlebell workout program?

Definitely not. There are already thousands of kettlebell workouts available online. I didn't see any reason to add another random collection of swings, cleans, presses, and complexes to the pile. The Iron Body Kettlebell System teaches you to use the kettlebell to deliberately develop five specific qualities: Structure. Elasticity. Pressure. Durability. Integration. You're not simply learning exercises. You're learning why you're performing them, what quality you're developing, and how that quality contributes to the body beneath your art.

  • Do I need previous kettlebell experience?

No. The program begins with Foundation before progressing into more demanding training. You'll establish the fundamental positions and patterns first, including hinging, deadlifting, the goblet position, rack position, grip, carries, breathing, and structural principles. From there, we'll progressively introduce more demanding movements. You don't need to arrive knowing kettlebells. You need to arrive willing to practice the fundamentals.

  • What if I'm already experienced with kettlebells?

Then you'll probably find the Iron Body Lens™ especially interesting. You may already know how to swing, clean, press, squat, carry, and perform Get-Ups. But this program asks a different question: What are you using those movements to develop? Instead of simply accumulating exercises and repetitions, you'll examine your kettlebell practice through Structure, Elasticity, Pressure, Durability, and Integration. You may find yourself looking at exercises you've performed for years in an entirely different way.

  • Do I need to be a martial artist?

No. The system was developed specifically through the lens of martial arts and lifelong physical practice, but the qualities we're developing aren't exclusive to martial artists. Anyone interested in becoming stronger, more powerful, resilient, mobile, and physically capable can use the system. That said, if you're a martial artist, you'll immediately understand why building the body beneath the art matters.

  • Is this designed for people over 40?

It is particularly well suited to them. The older and more experienced I become, the less interested I am in training simply for exhaustion. I want every exercise to earn its place. Strength matters. Power matters. But so do joint health, movement quality, recovery, connective tissue, breathing, mobility, and the ability to continue training year after year. That's why Durability is one of the Five Pillars rather than an afterthought. You don't have to be over 40 to benefit. But if you're interested in getting stronger without treating your body like it's disposable, you'll understand the philosophy immediately.

  • When will I receive the course?

The complete Iron Body Kettlebell System officially releases August 31. During the Founding Preorder, you can reserve the program for $67 instead of the regular $97 price. When the complete system is released, you'll receive immediate access on your dashboard.
