Each week, you’ll train four times, progressing through Musashi’s elements in a cyclical way that builds and reinforces every skill. With three days to rest and reflect, your training time is optimized for power, skill, and recovery.




Day 1: Earth – Foundation, Structure, and Strength

Day 4: Wind – Breath, Timing, and Inner Power

Musashi’s Wind Element is the essence of the unseen: breath, rhythm, and timing. 

Wind day brings together all your physical training with inner energy work, qigong, and breath control. 

This is the day you strengthen not just your body, but your spirit and presence.

Wind day trains you to harness and direct your energy with precision and timing. This is the essence of true martial power – to remain calm and centered, ready to act with a clear mind and focused breath.
